Has Activus been successful with home owners after they did not qualify for HAMP?

Has this company had any success in doing Loan Modifications after the home owner has been turned down on HAMP program.. do they offer other types of re-structures and have helped hundreds of home owners?

Hi Maddy,
Unfortunately I cannot speak to whether or not they have helped hundreds of home owners, but the BBB in LA has them rated as an A, which is a very high rating. They have been in business since 2007 and recieved 2 complaints, which were addressed satisfactorily. They are also currently licensed with the Department of Real Estate.
