I would like to know if anyone had heard about an offer from a conmpany called Travel Services in Illinois or any other comp. The guy's name is Josh. The offer is to buy a cruise from Royal Caribbean or Carnival, and you only pay port and gov taxes, and tips per person. He said cruises are trying this new strategy, because they do not want to sail with empty cabins and that cruises make money with the casino and drinks. I would have to pay in advance,wait 90 days to select a sailing date, and also, wait for a packet in the mail to select the cabin and give them all the information from the passengers. If the sailing date is not available, I would have to select another one. My sister and a friend of her already bought it. I think is a scam. Am I right?
