While the dentists themselves aren't so bad, they have this horrible office manager. Her name is Camille. She is in the wrong business for sure! It is shocking the way she treats people. If you have a question, complaint or ask for a refund for failed dental work, she hides in the back and sends someone in to do her dirty work. Poor managerial skills! Beverly and Erika who work there are really sweet. I feel sorry for them for having to work under here. She is not a nice person. Treats her staff and patients poorly. Every time I go in, I never get the same dentist because they are constantly quitting...Hmm, problem??...Full Compliant and investigation of practives in progress.
