I live in NZ ordered a free trial 14days for resveratrol and got a receipt for $14.95 for fast delivery. 3 weeks later I recieved the product along with another product called purecleanse which I did not order on trial. I was charged full price on my credit card without consent for both products amounting to $183.00. I cannot get hold of this company from here and there are no contact details for email anywhere and no 0800 number if you dont live in the states. I am now $183 out of pocket and two products I do not want and now have to return it straight away to hopefully get a refund. I dont think it will get back there in time for the guarantee so let this be a warning to those who dont live in the states, they take your money anyway, there is no trial period. I am very dissapointed in this company. If anyone gets in touh with me from there and refunds my money I will write a review on a more positive note again, but at this stage they are not responding, very very dissappointing, I am a pensioner and cannot afford this huge amount on a product I did not order. Is this company a fraud???
