I called Scott about a move, and he lied to me about having insurance.
Scott said his movers would wrap all furniture in plastic, and use moving
blankets to prevent damage. Well, his 3 movers damaged over $ 5000 of my furniture, and never used any plastic, nor moving blankets.
Scott promised he would repair or replace the damaged furniture, lied to me
about arranging for a handyman to "make things like new", and then refused
to return my phone calls. I am filing a small claims lawsuit against him now
as well as reporting him to the appropriate government agencies. This company gives you NO paperwork, and only takes cash. STAY AWAY!!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL! Use a professional moving company, who has mandatory insurance.
