Buyer Beware - Look at the reviews and BBB - Run

Purchased extra-large cuddle seat about 5 months ago and have a defective cuddle seat. I have been in contact with Richard via email and by phone. I even spoke to one of his coworkers. Both of them are giving me the runaround. The product is covered under the warranty period but they fail to resolve the problem. I spent over $1,200 and have a cuddle seat that is useless.
I have been very patient to resolve this issue among all parties, but again, 4Seating won't call back of honor the warranty.
Go to the BBB website and notice they have several complaints against them.
I will also contact the BBB, my credit card company, etc. to resolve this issue.
I'm very disappointed in 4Seating and would recommend to do elsewhere.
