Lack of Communication from Shawn Donohue

Paper work was filed on December 9, 2011 requesting funding. As of December 16, 2011 I have left 4 messages for Shawn personally and I have not received even a courtesy call! I had received approval from another funding source and was trying to do a comparison. This is extremely inconvenient for a business trying to place equipment orders.
