5/26/11 - Received phone messages twice from this business, a" Mr. Jack Thomas". Very thick foreign accent. Threatening message left on my voice mail "don't disregard this message". "If you do disregard this message wish you good luck as situation badly unfolds on you". "Good luck and you have a blessed day". Same person called my place of employment, spoke with my administrator informing her that I had not paid an on-line loan. This violates collection policies, federal trade commission policies. California Federal Trade Commission advises that this is a scam involving Pay Day Loans. Consumer BEWARE!! This company needs to learn laws relative to fraud, scamming, and proper customer service etiquette.
