If I could give ZERO stars- I WOULD!
BEWARE. This is the most CROOKED place I have EVER stepped foot in. I wasted precious time attempting to buy a car from these scammers.
They are thieves and liars and the only way this place is still in business is by taking advantage of people!
I was blatantly lied to by 3 people in this dealership: FERDI (FINANCE), PAULA (SALES) and JORGE (SALES).
I'm not even going to explain all the nasty, deceitful, horrible things they pulled- however- I will be filing a complaint against them to the better business bureau. Maybe I should file suit for emotional distress because I was so shaken up after dealing with these people. I was on the verge of tears and one of the finance managers starts laughing in my face.
I swear I have NEVER been so put off by a dealership. I used to work for a dealership and that was not NEARLY as horrid as this place is.
STAY CLEAR. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE. DO NOT RENT A CAR HERE. DO NOT BRING YOUR BUSINESS HERE.
