Although the mechanic tried to be helpful in many ways and apologetic-The woman who said she was the "manager" and announced herself as the "owners daughter" when we complained and asked to speak with the owner, was so brash, caustic and rude that we left the property and took our car elsewhere. She threatened us and told us to go F@*K ourselves.
Why do business owners hire their kids and then let them get on a power trip and destroy a business???
