Too bad you can't click 0 Star on this company. They truly have customer "no-service". They won't even give out the name of the CEO so I could properly direct my letter of complaint to him. What kind of company won't even release (private or not) the name of their CEO?!?! My mother-in-law purchased the triplet stroller for us after my twins were born (I also had a one-year old at the time, so it was a necessity). We received the stroller, and within one month of using it (and at that time, the stroller was used maybe 3-4 times) the bottom piece of cardboard broke through the fabric from closing the stroller. But, I figured it really wasn't that big of a deal. Then, with 2 more months, the front seat began leaning back. Now it leans back so far that the front baby is practically in the lap of the 2nd baby. To top it off, the handle is starting to shred. Now mind you, the company stands FIRMLY behind their 6-month warranty. Six Months, are you kidding? I can buy a $10.00 toaster and get a one year warranty. This is the only means of transporting my 3 young children, and I live in Florida, so as the company suggested, well, you can drive and bring it to us for repair lik some of our other customers have done, or mail it to us, with no loaner. Hello!!! What kind of service is that? These strollers are not well-made, and now I wish I would have put in the extra money with my mother-in-law's and bought the Inglesina (it's from Italy and is so well-made). Thanks for nothing, Baby Trend. (P.S. While in wally-world, an employee stopped me and said, "I bet you hate that thing, huh?" I said "Yes, I do! Why?" He related that his brother has triplets, and purchased the same stroller, and they had terrible luck with it. Goes to show I'm not the only one.)
