Unprofessional Service center

This service center is horrible. I had a appointment on Friday and did not receive a call in regards to what was going on with my car until Tuesday. Then after they informed me of some of what was going on with my car they Brandon said he qould need to do additional diagnosis on the car very rudely. He was very rude and informed me that I would have to pay upfront even though I have a warranty in which is bumper to bumper. I have never experienced such rude behavior fom a dealership. Then I asked him for the number for their corporate office and he said he could not provide me with it, but he could give me the number to customer service. He also informed me that it was good that I would not be utilizing their services.Needless to say I will never deal with this dealership again and will inform anyone who I know not to deal with this unprofessional company. If I could give them no stars I would do just that.
