I had a similar experience and am in complete agreement. This store is terribly overpriced, the customer service is beyond horrible, and they are truly deceptive and dishonest in their selling practices. They are also unbelievably disorganized. After spending thousands of dollars on items I purchased in the store six months ago, I finally took matters into my own hands and contacted the manufacturers, only to discover the items I bought and have been waiting on since the beginning of September were never even ordered. I am simply appalled and I STRONGLY encourage folks not to do business with Bon Bebe.
