My company was approached by a Citi Connect sales rep, Charlene Castellon to advertise in the "Business Gold Book".
We agreed. to advertise in the "Business Gold Book" San Francisco and San Jose California issues. To date no books have been distributed.
Of course, I have made repeated attempts to reach Ms. Castellon via telephone and email inquiring the status of distribution. She NEVER called me back or answered any of my emails. The only time she ever returned a phone call was to make payment arrangements to make sure their company collected their money. I can assure you that they have been paid in full.
In addition to my communication attempts with Ms. Castellon, I have called their "Preferred Vendors" telephone number 866-920-5878 several times and no one answered. It is impossible to communicate with the company.
So in the end they have stolen $4600 from our company and have made no attempt to refund the money or complete the contract.
The only reason I gave them 1 star is because that is the lowest rating you offer. -0 would be preferable.
