I ordered this product under the free trial agreement. I ordered the product on 3-10-09. I was not happy with the results that I was receiving. On 3-20-09, I contacted Colon Med and asked to cancel my membership, they told me that I could not cancel over the phone, that I would need to do it on line. On 3-23-09, I got on their website
and filled out the contact form. I was still with in my 15 day trial period. I received an e-mail stating that I did not cancel mr membership, therefore would be billed $88.39 for the order that had already shipped out to me. I then sent back another e-mail advising that I was still with in my trial period... I received a NASTY MEAN e-mail back from some one from this company telling that I did not read the terms of the agreement, therefore they sent me the product and I was liable for the $88.39.
Thank God I seen a segment on Good Morning America about these types of shams and how to common they are. Before I went through all of this, I canceled the credit card used for this order.
It was a bit of an inconvenience, but I am glad I did!!!
