I went into this independent agency for insurance on two vehicles. They said they could lower my rates by using independent agents. I was told that I would have to pay an initial fee of 85.00 and that my monthly rates would be 40.00. I took at face value what they said an assumed they ere truly going to help me out. I found out later that they had actually put collision coverage on a truck that was 10 years old and I did not want collision on and that they were going to charge me twice what my previous insurance company was going to charge me. This company has a c rating on BBB and can not be trusted to give you what they say they will. Afterwords the agent said she would change the coverage and lower my rate, but she never did, and I never received a policy in the mail just a bill for 85.00 more. I would not recommend this agent because He seems just to be in it for the money and does not seem to care about his clients. In our economy now you would think that businesses would try to help out others that our trying to survive and get by, but this agent just seems to care about himself and not those that depend on him to help them cut costs.
