HORRIBLE company - do not do business with these shady crooks! You will waste your money on a product that WILL NOT WORK, and if it does, it will break before you can blink an eye and then you're stuck paying them money to fix a brand new bike or scooter that they just sold you. Their merchandise is very cheap, rickety, unsafe, poorly made and extremely defective and I would imagine drug dealers have better customer service than these clowns. Their owner's manuals aren't even written in proper English and are poor translations from overseas that say ridiculous things and, while they can be funny to try to read, they don't make any sense whatsoever. They'll give you the runaround, you'll never be allowed to speak with a manager, and they'll completely ignore you until the 90 day warranty has expired, then they'll tell you they'll sell you parts to fix it. Then they'll sing a different tune to the BBB and because they're paid BBB members, they get off easy and create the illusion that they actually care about their customers. THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAM ARTISTS! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR HARD-EARNED CASH!!! If I knew then what I know now I'd have bought a used bike off of craigslist instead of wasting my money on a brand new piece of garbage that doesn't work at all. RUN FAR, FAR AWAY!
