If 0 stars were choice, it would have applied. Do not count on any service from this company. They do not back their own policies or their products. If you want real reviews, go to better business bureau and read some complaints. There are plenty, and remember, most people don't go to the trouble to file with BBB. Try to post a review on powersportsmax.com website, and you'll notice real quick that there is no way to do so. I received a crushed ATV, they offered me $30 at first, and now $60. I paid for a $50 helmet 30 days ago and have not received it. They are next to impossible to reach by phone, and their response via email is slow and done with such poor grammar, that you can rarely understand them. Would not recommend this company to anybody. Been trying to work with them 30 days now, that is enough time for me to evaluate and write a realistic review. Hope this saves you some headaches in the future. Stay away from powersportsmax.com.
