Quad was ordered and delivery was not made on original scheduled delivery date. Even after they confirmed the delivery the day before the quad was to be delivered, they didn't show up. After many phone calls to the company, the quad was finally delivered 1 week later. Quad was delivered with 2 damaged parts. Company was contacted within the warranty time frame. After making calls to company, starting the day after quad was received, we were told to speak to a mgr. After leaving several messages for manager, they did not call back. Finally, we were able to get through to a mgr. He asked for an e-mail describing parts, part # and photos. We sent the requested information to the company via e-mail twice. Several calls were made to the company and messages were left for a mgr. regarding issue as parts were not received. When we tried to reach someone to discuss the issue of the damaged parts and the warranty, we were put on hold for an ave. of 1 hr. We were told by different reps. and a mgr. that the parts were in stock on various occasions and would be shipped to us, but they never shipped the parts. They continue to lie and say they will ship the parts, but never do. We have been waiting to receive the replacement parts for going on 4 months and the company told us to go and buy the parts locally as they do not want to honor their warranty because they felt "we received a good deal on the quad and we should have enough money to buy the parts ourselves." We felt we had no other option but to contact the Better Business Bureau to try to resolve this issue. Buyer beware. We will never do business with this company again!
