I am a repeat customer at Dream Cars Auto Sales - that alone should say a lot. I traded in my 2011 Benz for a larger 2013 Mercedes E-class. I have found all of the staff there from service to sales to be extremely friendly and accommodating. They really
do try to get you what you need/want with the best possible negotiation. The follow-up is exceptional. Serj Manukyan was exceptionally customer service oriented. As I'm sure is true for everyone, the part I dislike most is the negotiation and wish that could
be sped up but otherwise, my feedback is all positive. I will continue to service my car there and if I get another Mercedes, it will definitely be from them.
