My wife gave me a coupon for this company from a "value pak" we received in the mail. I called them to schedule an appointment. I provided my name, address, phone, and zip. The lady that took the information was nice.
The appointment was set for Wednesday 7/21/2010 between 3 and 5 PM. I was off that day. I was there all day. To get things started I removed all duct covers and cleaned them. The technician never showed up.
The next day I called again and told the lady the technician didn't show, she seemed sorta appologetic and told me she'd call me right back. Never did.
I started investigating the business, and found out their office is 84 miles away. The coupon doesn't list their addres or state "service area(s)", and since we received the coupon in the mail, I thought it was a local business.
If the lady that answered the phone would have simply told me that they didn't service my area, I would have been content and looked elsewhere for the service, but ended up wasting my time waiting for them. Since I did not get service from them I have no way to rate that.
