Am getting constant calls from this company. 3 today alone. At least 4 others in the last few weeks. I have repeatedly told them to take me off their calling list, but to no avail.
They are offering to buy my condo, but only if I send them money up front to do title work. I've told them that I would be happy to pay for the title work at closing, like I do for all other real estate transactions.
As soon as I say I will not send money up front , they hang up.
I was approached by another timeshare company a few months ago which had the same line. Their purchase agreement was actually a marketing agreement to list the timeshare.
In my opinion, strictly a ploy to get money for listing. They claim money is refundable, but agreement says only when the timeshare is sold.
