I found Expert Mortgage Group in an ad in the Miami Herald while looking to refinance our 15 year mortgage to a lower rate. I called the company and was promptly contacted by Jeff. While we were in the process of gathering the paperwork to submit with the application the rates shot up unexpectedly to the point it would not have been worth the expense. Jeff kept us in mind and one day when the rate came down, he gave us a call. He explained we had just a few hours to make a decision, but kept monitoring the rates in case they came down further that day. We made the decision to go for it and locked in at his recommendation just before the rates increased again. His diligence earned him the business and saved us money!
From the point of initial contact through the end of the closing, Jeff was prompt in responding to any questions and concerns we had. He can be easily reached by phone, text, email or fax. He was also available in his office at Doral when papers had to be delivered. We have refinanced five times through the last 15 years, and I can say this has been the smoothest ever.
