I wanted to shed some light on my very positive experience with Extreme Fitness Results vs a prior purchase I had made from another website and for the same item.I did my research for this product and found that a few sites offer it at $75 (lower than the $119.85 official distributor price). I purchased Insanity from http://www.buybodydvd.com/insanity-c-19.html. I never received the package, my credit card was charged twice and I had nowhere to make a complaint. I was able to resolve one of my payment with my credit card company but I still did not get my package. I finally was able to contact a customer service number and a very rude agent (based out of China?) basically told me "no tracking number sent", "we sent to you for real". learned my lesson and ordered it again from Extreme Fitness Results. My card was charged once, the item was sent via UPS ground for $12 and I got it within 5 days of placing my order.I also decided to return it since the program was too intense for me (they have a 60 day return policy), and was credited my $119.85 (it does take a week or two but that was my bank taking longer to credit me).I decided to go back to Extreme Fitness and ordered another program more suited for a beginner. My only criticism is that I would like to see other shipping options available like 2 day air maybe?
