Purchased the unit at the home show. The salesman there is not available after the home show. You have to deal with the factory and customer service which is a joke. The BBQ was delivered with a broken BBQ, broken tiles and no umbrella or side burner. It took another month to get these items. The radio installed in the unit is not the one we were told by two different salesman we would be getting. It took another month to get the tiles fixed. You have to call numerous times to get any action. They don't return your calls. They schedule appointments and never show up or they fix one thing and leave. What you see at the home show is not what you get. This is by far the worst customer service experience I have ever had.
