Robert and his team has worked on numerous loans and REFI's for our properties in Texas and California. We will continue to use them for all our loans as their rates are consistently more competitive than anyone we have seen. They maintain the highest level of professionalism, diligence, efficiency, knowledge, and communication during the entire process of the loan. What I appreciated the most was their responsiveness to all of our questions or concerns and in the beginning we had a lot of questions. An example of them going above and beyond was when my husband was out of the country for the military while we were trying to buy our house. It didn't matter what time, Robert made himself available to what he needed to get the job done. The stresses of having to sell a house, move, and buy another house while my husband was deployed is extremely stressful but Robert made sure all the "i's were dotted, and t's were crossed" so it didn't add to any unnecessary anxieties. They are always a pleasure to do business with and look forward to doing more business with them in the future.
