I give First Honda a rating of 0 (lowest rating). -Contract issue They refused to honor my service contract on a 2004 Honda Civic Hybrid because I have over 36,000 miles on it. However, I purchased an extended service contract that covers this vehicle up to 100,000 miles. They also refused to furnish a rental vehicle per this contract. -Customer service issue The service at First Honda was terrible. The service advisor wanted me to feel I was bothering him because I had a 3 year old vehicle. I had to take time off from work and try to resolve this. But I was unsuccessful. I paid the bill at 5PM so I could get the rent a car back before incurring additional expenses that Honda should have covered but didn't. -Service issue After all this the Auto Stop system in my hybrid is still malfuncting.
I need First Honda to resolve this on my schedule. I can not take additional time off from work to resolve this.
