We are very sorry you had a negative experience in our warehouse. Fortunately, because we are wholesale (business to business) we deal with the same customers each week and get to know them.
We were stunned and surprised when we received an email about this situation. This is not how we treat our customers. We called the business within thirty minutes of receiving your e-mail and spoke to your business partner and long time customer.
We apologize for the bad experience you had and hope that you come back and visit us again so we can show you better customer service.
