Run by complete monkeys, absolutely no common sense at all. Kramer with collections called me to collect on a "missed" payment, i informed him it was already mailed but obviously must have gotten lost in transit. so i decided to make the payment over the phone if he would waive the $15 convenience fee and late fee, they agreed so i did. to my surprise they went ahead and charged the fee anyway and denied they ever said otherwise, heres the punchline: they cashed the "lost" check one day after i made the payment over the phone. now they're asking proof it was cashed. This message is for you Mr. David Foreman, hire people who have common sense and can add a few numbers together, your company is a complete joke thanks to the following people: Kramer and Fabian Medina in collections, and Monica the self proclaimed "GM".
