Total disapointment!!!!

I purchased and received two of their descramblers and right out of the box I noticed something was loose inside of one of them. I did not open the unit. I just connected the unit. To no surprise, it did not work. I connected the other unit and it did not work either. Wow! I thought. I just paid over $239.00 for a product that don't work. I tried calling GPI Electronic, but to no prevail. I left messages for them to return my call. No returned calls. I definitely want to return these units and get my hard earned money back. I suggest everyone to STRAY AWAY!!!!
