Don't complain about the equipment being constantly broken. They will cancel your membership and not give you a refund if you prepayed. I complained about some cardio equipment being out of service for a couple of months and they cancelled my membership calling me a "Cancer" and saying that I was not allowed to complain to other members. I renewed my membership on 9/10/09 for one year and paid $300. They cancelled me today 10/23/09 and will not give me a refund. That sounds like downright stealing to me. What kind of company, especially a service company, would tell the customer that they are wrong and then cancel their membership and keep their money. There are better gyms around.
