Dear BBB:
I have wonderful things to say about IQ Derma. Is this the same company as the one you have mentioned above? If it is, they treated me with compassion and consideration. Alicia, at ext.222 is a Darling. I am disabled, and did not receive my IQ Derma Product. My Post office tried only once to deliver my package, and then sent it back to IQ Derma. They charged me, thinking I had refused it at the door. IQ Derma said expressly they would not refund without RMA#'s, but I didn't have one, or even an account # as I never even opened or received my package. When they heard what I had gone through, they said they would refund my money in full, and send me a package back...FREE of charge. They said they were sorry that I had been inconvenienced, and understood that going to my post-office is difficult for me. Pain and mobility are my challenges. What can I say - could they have been any nicer? More oriented to help the customer? I think not. They were wonderful and when I can, I will be purchasing their products. Thank you for this opportunity to be positive, it is rare these days.
