We are not so happy with them
|
We hired them for an air duct cleaning service one month ago. The whole service was smooth and professional, but they should arrive at 1 pm, instead they have arrived at 2 pm! We have waited for 1 hour, and they excuse was - traffic! Well, we do not like
to wait, specially that it was Friday late afternoon and we had to go for a family event. Thanks God eventually they have arrived and did a good service. They even gave us 10% off for this inconvenience, so it wasn't that bad. Thank you
