This company is very unprofessional in completing scheduled work. They scratched up our brand new wood flooring, called at 9pm attempting to cancel work for the next day. Now there trying to get out of completing work after they were paid in full. When I tried to call their office to get them to compete the job they were paid for, they refused to acknowledge the incomplete work. I now have to file a claim with their bond company to fix the incomplete work.

As always, we are paid upon completion. Edward paid us for the job and is upset because after he cursed and threatened the office staff, not once but twice we have refused to provide him additional services. We are that good and he's just upset that we won't do any more work for him. We have the right to refuse service to anyone (there is a 1st time for everything). Good luck with your project Edward.
