Magellan is the WORST company I have ever done business with. They sent me the wrong USB cable for my GPS and it took over a month to get somebody on the phone who could actually help me. They kept having problems with their computer system do they said, twice! SO they would have to have someone call me which never happened, twice! I finally got someone say they would give me a refund and proceeded to want me to write down a 12 digit RMA and an address and they wouldn't send me an email with the info because they say some people say they don't get the email! Then the rep asked me if I wrote it down and accused me of not writing it down!And of course they were from India... Had a hard time understanding them. I will NEVER own anything from Magellan again. I would chose no stars if I could
