This the worst company I have ever dealt with. The took my credit card for a return as collateral, I sent the unit in and a month later they charged me $110 after they said two times they would not charge me. They do not have direct numbers and always keep me on hold for 30+ minutes. I have had to spend over an hour sorting this out because the people are incompetent. They do not even have a record of charging me $110. The people are rude and stole my money!
