I'm a returning customer to Mercedes Benz of Encino, I wasn't even thinking of buying a car today, I just happened into the dealership. Anush was very professional, He took his time to listen to my concerns and really made me feel comfortable with my decision. There was no pressure to buy, but it was clear that Anush was willing to do whatever he could to see me drive off the lot happy and that is what happened. He went out of his way to get me Exactly what I wanted and showed me all the new features I would be enjoying in my new GLK. When it came to the deal, Jeff made the paperwork easy and gave me a lot of information so that I could chose the programs that would work best for. I enjoyed my car buying experience at Mercedes Benz of Encino Again and I would recommend them to all my friends!
