BAD BUSINESS

We have enjoyed the Mother Natures MIracle since 2006! However, after deciding to place an ANNUAL order amounting to $1600 I received another order of $1600 six months later. I have spoke to three different customer service "supervisors" and have been told I can return the product for a refund minus the restocking fee and shipping charges (amounting to $500). After much resolve on my part, the cs person said she would review the phone call I made to the company to order the product annually and get back to me. No phone calls came back. I phoned two times the following day and was told that there were notes in the system that the product could be returned or kept and the review had been made and a 6 month shipment was discussed! BS!!! I am furious and would like to have an attorney investigate this matter. I wish I would have reviewed comments such as these about this company before beginning this journey!
