Awful Moving Company!!!

This is the worst moving company I have ever used. I am also a Soldier who was forced to use this company for my move. Once my furniture arrived to my new home in Texas many items were broken. It took this company two months to send someone to my home
to conduct an assessment. I was seven months pregnant at that time, so needless to say I had to purchase new items. My bed (head and footboard) and sofa chair were broken and severely damaged. I did purchase a new bed after a few weeks of no one visiting my
home to conduct an assessment and multiple weeks of unanswered and returned calls. The company refused to pay for all the items they damaged and destroyed. Moonridge employees stated I broke them and when I presented evidence that the items were in great condition
upon my departure from my previous location the management team called me a liar and stated I was dishonest. I really hope the military stop using this company. They are unprofessional and inefficient. This company treats their customers awful.
