I contacted this company in Feb 2011. I scheduled my move for Nov. 2011. I had a change of heart and contacted them July 2011 to cancel my move. They said they would issue my refund back to my account. It has been over 7 business days and have not received one dime back from them. I have been calling them every single day. They are impossible to reach! Constantly get voice mail. Tried contacting supervisors and they are never available. I even tried to leave a voice mail for them and of course their mail box is full. When I do get a hold of a live person they give me one excuse after another as to why I have not received my money or they say they will call me back which they never do. I have now filed a complaint with the BBB to hopefully get their attention and I also threatened them with an attorney. As of today I have been in contact with one. I will now legally go after them. If anyone is looking to move, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! They are extremely unprofessional and do not seem to care about their customers! My rating on this company is zero. Unfortunately that rating is not available..so one star is the worst I can give them.
