We have had nothing but a hard time when dealing with Mark and his staff at N A Shades & Associates. Each staff member you talk to gives you different information and nothing is consistent. The staff are nice initially but then became very rude and dishonest. The manager/owner Mark Shade is completely flaky, unprofessional, and doesn't follow through with his words, nor does he solve issues. You are lucky if you can get a hold of him. If you are looking for a management company that does their job save yourself the headache and look somewhere else. It took over 2 months to get the payments for our HOA started and there are still unresolved issue regarding payments 4 months later!
