First off, I want to start with the exceptional sales staff here. They are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Miguel helped me purchase a 2011 Nissan Altima 3.5 with the best pricing. George took care of the financing and approved me for the best rate amongst Nissan dealers located in the San Fernando Valley. After a month of driving the vehicle, I noticed there was a noise coming from the brakes. Upon calling the service department to schedule an appointment, Blanca took me in within an hour of calling, and had my issue fixed within a half hour. This is unheard of in the automotive industry. Nissan of Mission Hills is aiming to set the bar very high.
