We've had Lee Glenn handle two re-finances for us, one to get rid of the PMI on our original loan a while ago and one this year due to rates falling so low. He's been absolutely honest with us on every detail. He never offers "teaser rates" and if rates ever change prior to locking you can check the news and see that it's prevailing rates that changed. He's extremely transparent and up-front and will honestly tell you if it's not the right time for you to re-fi, too. We have recommended him to multiple friends.
