great patio furniture - even better customer service

We bought a new patio dining set and ordered a custom firepit from the Ontario store of Patio Furniture Plus - not only do they carry a great selection of wonderful quality patio items, but they understand Customer Service completely - we have not seen this level of customer service ANYWHERE like this in many years.
We worked with Josh, who could not have been better in assisting us, understand what needed to be done, having patience as we selected items and made choices, and showed a high degree of actualy caring we were satisfied with our order and the products we bought. We had a small issue with one piece we bought and Josh sent someone out the next business day to fix the problem, and they did a great job.
We would highly recommend this store, and would not hesitate to call on Josh or other staff at the Ontario store to assist us should we need anything further.
