2/11/2010 went to ProFlowers.com to order flowers. Have been here before and no issues. After placing my order the final bill was shown, in it were extra shipping charges and a "special care and handling" charge! I was amazed! I have never seen this before! I tried three times to get the charges explained, taken off or changed. I received three responses, exactly the same standard response with no help. I believe these to be very deceptive billing charges, for me totaling $17.98. If they are doing this just for Valentines day, then it is worse, and a horrible way to charge what were loyal customers just to try and build the bottom line.
