I had a simple question about the cost of an outpatient stay for a procedure my cardiac surgeon wants me to have.
He works out of Providence Tarzana Medical Center.
I was originally directed by the Medical Center to a number and left a message/
I have tried repeatedly for the past two weeks to get someone to call me back.
I've even left a message with the hospital administration
Nothing.
Finally, I've enlisted the help of my Doctor's office.
So far still no call back.
This inspires zero confidence.
