What outstanding customer service from the entire sales staff at Metro RV in Burbank CA. This was my first RV purchase and I had been specifically searching for a low mileage, c class motorhome with a garage toy hauler and the Fun Mover with the Ford Triton V10 engine was the one I wanted. The one that I found was at Metro RV in Burbank CA and I live in AR (1,300 miles). Talk about a risky purchase. Nevertheless, I dealt with Cheryl and she was honest and forthright and responded to everyone of my detailed questions. I flew out to Burbank on a Thursday night and made my purchase on Friday and drove 1,300 miles and was back home by Sunday morning. Cheryl, Ray, Lynn and the entire sales staff that I dealt with was more than courteous, thorough and professional. The RV that I purchased was everything that Cheryl said it would be low mileage, mint condition and barely used. Ray and Cheryl also provided excellent follow up customer service after I got home to AR. As for my RV, it purred all the way home with zero problems. One of my best vehicle purchase experience!
