First of all do not listen to their reviews on their web page. They are lies. Even on BBB their reviews are all similar... BAD! If I could give negative stars I would. The amount of issues this company put me through was ridiculous. There were a multitude of issues with their service and equipment. First of all they are not afraid to send you faulty equipment. When i first got the device installed it worked and then would fail almost every other week causing me to get the car towed 7 times. They told me that it was the cars fault and or the installers fault. They then said if it was due to their equipment then they could issue reimbursement for my inconvenience. Each time they blamed some one else except their faulty equipment. They had the shop reinstall the unit.... worked for a week then failed...... they sent another hand held... worked for a week then failed... they sent another wire.... worked for a week then failed..... then they sent a whole new unit which worked, finally. This went on for about 4 months. They never accepted responsibility and still til this day they say the equipment was "working ok when it was sent back", and they would not clarify what "Ok" meant. They never admitted fault. All these issues with their equipment and I had to pay for multiple tows and they now say that they can't issue any reimbursement.
In terms of customer service, they are completely unprofessional. They have no care for their customers and add stress to an already stressful situation. Their attitude is not to help but to instead say "oh well". They are rude and argumentative. On top of that they always have "phone issues". I think its a way of trying to not deal with people who have issues with them and their service.
In the end there are so many other companies you can use. These people are the absolute worst all around!!!!
