If anyone is looking for a limo service do NOT consider these people. I reserved a limo with them 3 months in advance for my wedding on May 22nd 2009 in California and also put a $100.00 deposit down. One month before the wedding i was calling everyone again to make sure all the reservations were still on track. All but one was. It was south county limo. I called them and they said they never heard of me. They had a sister company that south county limo FIRED. I got everything taken care of and back on track, thank God i kept and asked for a reciept for that $100.00. Since they said they were very sorry and would take care of me and my bride. I made the rest of the payment in full to them. Finally 2 weeks before the wedding I called south county limo again. This time NO ONE answered the phones. NO ONE answered my email. I called everyday sometimes even 2 to 3 times a day. I left so many messages to be called back or emailed. Finally ONE week before our wedding they put a recording at the end of the phone call. They said, We have a sickness that needed to be taken care of, and all services would be cancelled. Still to this very day I have not gotten a response from them. I gave them 1 star because theres not a way to leave it at 0. Find another company if you can. Do not put yourself through this like i had to do.
