Beware!

I selected this company in part due to reviews on this site. Little did I know until afterwards that some of the postings are done by the employees, based upon edited emails they get from customers. Must be that they only include the good stuff, and NOT
the problems. The movers were late, had a truck that was too small and the price was double what was quoted. They movers were wonderful, and did a very careful job. THat is where the good part ends. The dispatch department was terrible to communicate with,
and hardly ever answer their phone. THey first tried to deliver four days BEFORE my first available move date, and then they ended up putting part of my stuff in storage in another city, and can't seem to get that portion to me! After 10 days, they delivered
part of the goods, and they were in shambles. Broken table legs, scratches on things that were wrapped, and completely CRUSHED boxes (professional moving boxes)! Lots of items were damaged, and many were dirty and sticky blankets. Yuck! THey promised to deliver
the separately stored goods the next day, and never showed up. They now claim they aren't sure when they can deliver, and no one will answer or return my calls. Pretty disappointing. Guess that is why they wanted the balance due up front before they told me
they weren't delivering it all that day! So disappointing to deal with, and made a long move even harder. Beware before you book them for any Long Distance move!!!
